Rock Hard 4x4 Rear Bumper and Tire Carrier

Rock Hard Jeep Rear Bumper/Tire-Carriers are made out of 3/16" x 2" x 4" thick tubing with ends that are boxed in. They have 2 sets of holes which mount to your Jeep frame in a standard position or can be raised 1" to increase departure angle and/or compensate for body lift. This bumper also comes with (2)-5/8" x 2-1/2" CNC D-Ring shackle mount with tabs that are welded on front, go through bumper and then welded on the backside too. A CB antenna mount and horizontal Hi-Lift Jack mount with padlock provision comes standard. The swing out tire carrier will hold up to a 38" tire. All needed hardware is furnished for installation.

Rock Hard Jeep Rear Bumper Tire Carrier Hinge   The Rock Hard Jeep bumper tire carrier swings on 1 1/4" shaft, 2 3/4" hub with upper and lower sealed tapered roller bearings. Zerk fittings allow you to fill the hinge with grease. Choose from 3 bolt patterns: 4.5" x 5, 5.5" x 5, or 5.5" x 6. Also, notice the A-Frame swing stop built into the bumper.

Easy open latch. Just lift lever to open
self-latching design. To close, simply push it shut. Also included is a double safety latch with hard plastic rest and rubber stop for a rattle free operation.

Spring loaded auto-locking pin system. Tire carrier locks in the open position so it will not swing back at you. To close, just lift tee handle on the pin and let it swing shut.

Rock Hard Jeep Rear Bumper Tire Carrier   Jeep Tail gate isolator bar provides a tight rattle free fit.

Rock Hard Jeep Rear Bumper Hitch Mounts   The Rock Hard Jeep Bumper has an Integrated class 2 trailer hitch comes complete with safety change mounts.

The Rock Hard Jeep Frame Kit (sold separately)is recommended with tires larger than 33" or with Rock Rack or Can Mounts. Jeep TJ Kit shown with 2 of 3 possible bolts installed, requires drilling 3rd hole.

Optional right and left tank mounts works with NATO or USA cans. Rattle Free J - Bolt Mounting for Cans and Provisions for Padlocks are provided.
